Trailhead: Eagle/Symphony Lake Trailhead- Found in Eagle River, Alaska. State Park Pass accepted but can park outside of park pass area if state pass not acquired
Hike: Winter/Spring - Snowshoe and back country skies may be used, if walking - microspikes are recommended.
Summer - foot traffic only, no bikes allowed
Hike starts off easy slope. Then about 0.5 mile in, a trail post directs you to go straight to Symphony Lake or right to go up the Hunter Pass Saddle. Another about 0.5 up the gradually vertical saddle, you can go either left or right. On the left is no name peak 1213 or go up the right to no name peak 1186 - which looks like a nipple (courtesy of Peakbagger). If you go to the right you can eventually trek to Rendezvous Peak. The right has the best 360° views seeing the inlet, Eagle and Symphony Lakes, and various mountain tops in the Chugach.
